CHILD PROTECTION AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2010 No. 33 - SECT 33

33 Amendment of s 51F (Meaning of parent in pt 3A)

Section 51F, definition parent, paragraphs (c) and (d)--

omit, insert--

'(c) a person, other than the chief executive, having custody or guardianship of the child under--
(i) a law of the State, other than this Act; or
(ii) a law of another State;
(d) a long-term guardian of the child.'.
