35 Amendment of s 51V (Plan must be reviewed)

(1) Section 51V, heading--

omit, insert--

(2) Section 51V(1) to (4)--

renumber as section 51V(2) to (5).

(3) Section 51V--

insert--

'(1) This section applies if the child does not have a long-term guardian.'.
