39 Amendment of s 51ZI (Ending an agreement)

(1) Section 51ZI(2)--

renumber as section 51ZI(3).

(2) Section 51ZI--

insert--

'(2) If a care agreement is entered into with only 1 of the child's parents, the other parent may end the agreement at any time by giving at least 2 days notice to the parties.'.
