Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered ActsTo the extent the commissioner reasonably considers it necessary and appropriate to reduce a risk to the lives or sexual safety of 1 or more children, or of children generally, the commissioner may give information about an offender prohibition order or registered corresponding order to any of the following--
(a) if the respondent is a child respondent--a parent of the child respondent;
(b) a parent or guardian of any child protected by the order.
