37 Insertion of new s 118A

After section 118 —
insert—

118A Appellant may ask clerk of court for hearing before respondent is served Despite section 118(2), the appellant may ask the clerk of the appellate court to arrange for the appeal to be heard by the court before a person is served under that subsection.
