43 Amendment of s 135 (Restrictions on granting application)

(1) Section 135 —
insert—

(1A) However, subsection (1)(b)(ii) to (v) does not apply if the applicant is an approved kinship carer for 1 or more other children.

(2) Section 135 (1A) and (2) —
renumber as section 135 (2) and (3) .
