84 Amendment of s 289 (Term of exemption)

Section 289 (4) (a) to (c) —
omit, insert—

(a) the term of the exemption ends under section 350A because the holder of the exemption stops being a police officer or registered teacher;

(b) the exemption is cancelled under part 5A.
