38 Amendment, relocation and renumbering of s 77E (Reasonable excuse defence)

(1) Section 77E , heading, after ‘defence’—
insert—
for contravening offender prohibition order

(2) Section 77E , ‘ section 51A (1) or (4) ’—
omit, insert—
section 67FA (1) or (4)

(3) Section 77E —
relocate to part 4AA , division 1 , as inserted by this Act, and renumber as section 67FB .
