5 Amendment of s 62 (Other matters about maximum security order)

(1) Section 62 (1) (a) , ‘accommodated in the maximum security unit’—
omit.

(2) Section 62 (2) (a) , after ‘unit’—
insert—
or in the area in which the prisoner is accommodated

(3) Section 62 (3) , ‘, within the maximum security unit,’—
omit.
