COMMUNITY SERVICES INDUSTRY (PORTABLE LONG SERVICE LEAVE) ACT 2020 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

(a) part 3 ;

(b) sections 119 , 120 and125;

(c) part 13 , divisions 2 to 7 ;

(d) schedule 2 .

(2) Part 13 , divisions 5 and 6 commence on 1 July 2020.
