CHILD SAFETY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2005 No. 40 - SECT 11

11 Amendment of s 51L (Who should be involved)

(1) Section 51L(1)(d), example, 'A foster carer'--

omit, insert--

'An approved carer'.

(2) Section 51L(1)(f)--

omit, insert--

'(f) if the child is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander child--a recognised entity, or member of a recognised entity, for the child;'.
