DISASTER READINESS AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 33 - SECT 21
21 Amendment of s 584 (General exemption for emergency development or use)
Section 584(1)(a)(ii)—
omit, insert—
'(ii) the structural safety of a
building; or
(iii) the operation or safety of community infrastructure that
is not a building; and'.
