43 Insertion of new s 241AA

After section 241A —
insert—

241AA Review of particular matters

(1) The Minister must review—

(a) section 32A; and

(b) section 140; and

(c) the chief executive’s functions under part 6, division 3, subdivisions 2 and 3; and

(d) section 216.

(2) The review must be completed within 1 year after the commencement.
