ENERGY ASSETS (RESTRUCTURING AND DISPOSAL) ACT 2006 No. 42 - SECT 53

53 Notice to be given to regulator or energy Minister about notified prices

(1) As soon as practicable after publishing a gazette notice under section 31, 7 the Minister must notify the regulator under the Gas Act.

(2) As soon as practicable after publishing a gazette notice under section 43, 8 the Minister must notify the energy Minister.
