Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A witness who appears at a hearing before the committee is entitled to be paid an allowance for attendance at the hearing.
(2) The amount of the allowance is--
(a) the amount prescribed under a regulation; or
(b) if there is no amount prescribed under a regulation--the amount considered reasonable by the chairperson of the committee.
(3) The allowance must be paid by the college.
