EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 No. 47 - SECT 162

162 Committee may make an order prohibiting publication of particular information

The committee may order that any of the following must not be published--

(a) the name of--
(i) the relevant teacher or a complainant; or
(ii) a person who appears before the committee as a witness;
(b) evidence given before the committee;
(c) the contents of a document produced to the committee.
