Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) On the forfeiture of a thing to the college, the thing becomes the college's property and may be dealt with by the college as the college considers appropriate.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the college may destroy or otherwise dispose of the thing.
