214 Definitions for pt 2

In this part--

appealable decision means--

(a) a review decision; or
(b) a relevant disciplinary committee decision.

relevant disciplinary committee decision means any of the following decisions made by the Teachers Disciplinary Committee--

(a) a decision under section 5527 about whether to continue the suspension of a relevant teacher;
(b) a decision under section 102 or 10328 about the disciplinary action to be taken against a relevant teacher;
(c) a decision under section 158, 160 or 16129 about--
(i) whether a ground for disciplinary action against a relevant teacher is established; or
(ii) the disciplinary action to be taken against a relevant teacher.
