EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 No. 47 - SECT 221

It is not necessary to prove--

(a) the appointment of any of the following persons or entities--

(i) the Minister;

(ii) the chief executive;

(iii) the chairperson or another member of the board;

(iv) the director;

(v) an investigator;

(vi) a disciplinary committee or a member of a disciplinary committee; or

(b) the authority of any of the following persons or entities to do anything under this Act--

(i) the Minister;

(ii) the chief executive;

(iii) the college;

(iv) the board;

(v) the director;

(vi) an investigator;

(vii) a disciplinary committee or a member of a disciplinary committee; or

(c) the authority of a person mentioned in section 224(b) to take and prosecute proceedings under this Act.
