EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 No. 47 - SECT 266

(1) The college is a statutory body under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982.

(2) Part 2B34 of that Act sets out the way in which the college's powers under this Act are affected by the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982.
