EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 No. 47 - SECT 293

293 Higher education entities must not misrepresent approval of preservice teacher education programs

A higher education entity offering a preservice teacher education program that has not been approved by the college under this Act must not claim or represent to another person that the program has been approved by the college under this Act.

Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
