Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to a budget for the year ending on 31 December 2006 that is adopted by the former board, and approved by the Minister, under section 2549 of the repealed Act.
(2) The budget is taken to have been adopted by the new board, and approved by the Minister, under section 26950 for the new board's 2006 financial year.
