EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 No. 47 - SECT 327

(1) The document called 'Ethical Standards for Teachers' published by the former board in 2005 is taken to be a code of practice for this Act.

(2) The college may amend, replace or revoke the code of practice under chapter 11, part 3.71

(3) Subsection (1) stops applying on 31 December 2006.
