Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A person, other than an excluded person, whose full registration has ended may, not later than 2 months after the person's registration ended, apply to the college for restoration of the registration.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the college may accept an application made more than 2 months after expiry of the registration if the college is satisfied it would be reasonable in all the circumstances to accept the application.
