EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 No. 47 - SECT 49
49 College's power to suspend if approved teacher poses imminent risk of harm to children
The college may suspend an approved teacher's registration or permission to
teach if the college reasonably believes--
(a) the teacher poses an imminent
risk of harm to children; and
(b) it is necessary to immediately suspend the
teacher's registration or permission to teach to protect children.
