Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The Teachers Disciplinary Committee must review the continuation of the suspension of an approved teacher under section 48.
(2) The purpose of the review is for the committee to decide whether it is an exceptional case in which the best interests of children would not be harmed if the suspension were ended.
