EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND COLLEGE OF TEACHERS) ACT 2005 No. 47 - SECT 91

In this chapter--

disciplinary information means any of the following--

(a) a complaint, other than a complaint the college refuses to deal with under section 89;

(b) information in or accompanying an application made by a person under chapter 2;12

(c) information disclosed to the college as required under chapter 3, part 1;13

(d) other information or a document required or permitted to be given to the college under this Act.
