EDUCATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 No. 39 - SECT 37

37 Amendment of s 79 (Regulation-making power)

Section 79(2)(a)--

omit, insert--

'(a) the accreditation by the authority of--
(i) 1-12 syllabuses or preparatory guidelines for implementation at schools; or
(ii) kindergarten guidelines for implementation in child care services;'.
