ENERGY OMBUDSMAN ACT 2006 No. 61 - SECT 83

83 Regulation-making power

(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2) A regulation may provide for a maximum penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation.
