FORENSIC DISABILITY ACT 2011 No. 13 - SECT 107

107 Appointment conditions and limit on powers

(1) An authorised officer holds office on the conditions stated in the officer's instrument of appointment.

(2) The instrument of appointment may limit the authorised officer's powers under this Act.
