Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies if, as a result of the review, the director considers the benefit to the client mentioned in section 141 is not likely to continue.
(2) The director may, by written order, transfer the client to an authorised mental health service if the director (mental health) agrees to the transfer.
(3) Section 33(2) to (4) applies for the transfer.
