FORENSIC DISABILITY ACT 2011 No. 13 - SECT 168
168 Amendment of s 47 (Coroner's comments and findings for particular deaths)
Section 47(3), definition relevant Act, paragraph (a)—
insert—
'(iiia)
for the death of a person mentioned in section 9(1)(aa)—the
Forensic Disability Act 2011; or'.
