Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered ActsIf a forensic disability client is authorised to have limited community treatment under section 20, or ordered to have limited community treatment as mentioned in section 21, the client's individual development plan must include, or be changed to include, in specific terms—
(a) any periods, whether or not continuous, of the limited community treatment; and
(b) the conditions a senior practitioner considers necessary for managing the client's care and support and protecting the client's health or safety or the safety of others while the client is undertaking the limited community treatment.
