FORENSIC DISABILITY ACT 2011 No. 13 - SECT 252
252 Amendment of s 519 (Offences relating to patients in custody absconding)
(1) Section 519(1)(a)(ii) and (iii)—
renumber as section 519(1)(a)(iii) and
(iv).
(2) Section 519(1)(a)—
insert—
'(ii) to the forensic disability
service; or'.
