FORENSIC DISABILITY ACT 2011 No. 13 - SECT 85

(1) There is to be a Director of Forensic Disability.

(2) The director is to be appointed by the Governor in Council under this Act and not under the Public Service Act 2008.

Section 160 provides for an initial director.
