FISCAL REPAIR AMENDMENT ACT 2012 No. 25 - SECT 188

188 Amendment of s 284 (Other disclosure of interests)

Section 284(2)—

omit, insert—

'(2) The person must disclose the interest to—

(a) if the person is the chief executive officer—the chairperson of Skills Queensland; or
(b) otherwise—the chief executive.

Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.'.
