93 Amendment of s 325I (Report about criminal history)

(1) Section 325I, 'commissioner of the police service'—

omit, insert—

'police commissioner'.

(2) Section 325I(3), before 'commissioner's'—

insert—

'police'.

(3) Section 325I(3), before 'commissioner has'—

insert—

'police'.
