FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES COMMISSION ACT 2008 No. 9 - SECT 155
155 Vacation of office on expiry of Act
(1) This section applies to a commission member or board member holding office
immediately before 1 January 2012.
(2) On 1 January 2012, the member's office
is taken to have been vacated.
