Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The registrar may delegate the registrar's functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified member of the staff of the registry.
(2) In this section--
appropriately qualified, for a member of the staff of the registry to whom a function may be delegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate for the function.

a person's seniority level as a member of the staff of the registry
functions includes powers.
