FOREST WIND FARM DEVELOPMENT ACT 2020 - SECT 51
Applications for internal review
51 Applications for internal review
(1) The application for internal review must be made within— (a) 42 days
after notice of the decision is given to the applicant under section 44 (3) ;
or
(b) the extended period decided by the Minister.
(2) The application for
internal review must— (a) be in writing; and
(b) state the grounds on which
the review is sought.
