36 Amendment of s 68 (Review of the commission's decisions by QCAT)

(1) Section 68(2), from 'judicial member'—

omit, insert—

'judicial member who is a Supreme Court judge.'.

(2) Section 68—

insert—

'(4) In this section—

judicial member see the QCAT Act, schedule 3.'.
