65 Amendment of s 45 (Proof of enduring document)

(1) Section 45 (2) and (3) —
omit, insert —

(2) The copy must be certified to the effect that it is a true and complete copy of the original.

(2) Section 45 (4) to (6) —
renumber as section 45 (3) to (5) .
