GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 - SECT 91

91 Amendment of s 34 (Suspension of attorney’s power)

(1) Section 34 —
insert —

(3A) The public guardian may not—

(a) extend the suspension; or

(b) suspend the attorney more than once on the same ground arising from the same circumstances.

(2) Section 34 (3A) to (6) —
renumber as section 34 (4) to (7) .
