GASFIELDS COMMISSION ACT 2013 No. 16 - SECT 11

11 Term of appointment

(1) A commissioner is appointed for the term, not longer than 3 years, stated in the commissioner's instrument of appointment.

(2) A commissioner may be reappointed.
