Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may grant leave to the chairperson in accordance with entitlements available to the chairperson under the chairperson's conditions of office.
(2) The chairperson may grant leave to a part-time commissioner in accordance with entitlements available to the part-time commissioner under the part-time commissioner's conditions of office.
