GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ACT 2010 No. 31 - SECT 136

An exploration authority (non-geothermal) is--

(a) a GHG permit; or

(b) an authority to prospect under the 1923 Act or the P&G Act; or

(c) any of the following under the Mineral Resources Act--

(i) a mining claim;

(ii) an exploration permit;

(iii) a mineral development licence.
