Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A geothermal coordination arrangement may be amended or cancelled by the parties to the arrangement only with the Minister's approval.
(2) A purported amendment or cancellation of a geothermal coordination arrangement by the parties to it has no effect unless it is approved under subsection (1).
