Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A conduct and compensation agreement or a Land Court decision under this part is for the benefit of, and is taken to have been agreed to or decided for and is binding on, the following--
(a) the relevant eligible claimant;
(b) the geothermal tenure holder;
(c) each of their successors and assigns including successors and assigns for the area of the relevant geothermal tenure.
(2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 257.
