Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may, as a condition of deciding to give the approval, require the proposed transferee or sublessee to give, under section 204, security for the geothermal tenure as if the proposed transferee or sublessee were an applicant for the tenure.
(2) If the proposed transferee or sublessee does not comply with the requirement, the approval may be refused.
