Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) If a provision of this Act requires a geothermal tenure holder to pay the State an amount (including interest) the State may recover the amount from the holder as a debt.
(2) In this section--
holder includes a former holder of the geothermal tenure about whom the remedial powers were exercised.
